A service interruption for maintenance purposes may however be decided by Duflot Industrie, which shall strive to inform users in advance of the dates and times of this intervention. The purpose of the website is to provide information about all company activities.

Duflot Industrie is the owner of the intellectual property rights or the holder of rights of use for all accessible elements on the website, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements on the website, regardless of the means or processes used, is prohibited, except with the prior written consent of Duflot Industrie.

Duflot Industrie shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s hardware during access to the website, and resulting either from the use of hardware that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

Any dispute pertaining to use of the website shall be subject to French law. The courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
